On 22 May 2026, the seminar “2026 Tax Update: VAT, Tax Refunds and Personal Income Tax for FDI Enterprises & Export Processing Enterprises” was successfully held at the TLIP Management Board Hall. The event was co-organised by ACCA and TLIP, supported by BIDV, with professional sponsorship from Crowe Vietnam.
The event attracted nearly 100 participants, including chief accountants, finance and accounting managers, and representatives of FDI enterprises operating in Thang Long Industrial Parks 1, 2 and 3.
Representing Crowe Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Quynh Nam, FCCA – Chairman & Managing Partner, delivered a presentation in Session 1 on “VAT & Tax Refunds for FDI Enterprises/Export Processing Enterprises”. His sharing focused on key considerations in VAT declaration and refund procedures for FDI enterprises and export processing enterprises, while also providing practical insights into dossier handling and common risks arising during tax audits and inspections.
In addition, the seminar provided important technical updates through Session 2 on Personal Income Tax, focusing on the latest changes and common practical scenarios encountered by businesses, as well as Session 3 on Circular 99, which clarified its impacts on accounting systems, data quality and the transparency of financial information.
The Discussion & Q&A session took place in an engaging atmosphere, with many practical questions raised by enterprises. The session helped clarify how tax regulations can be applied in business operations and supported companies in addressing common challenges in tax, accounting and compliance.
