Senior General Accountant

For Junior level:

• Assuring statutory compliance, local/national tax and corporate policies, regulations, and laws;
• Assisting in preparing financial statements, cash flow, cost center reports, and other reports that are financial in nature and analysis;
• Supporting in maintaining and monitoring the fixed assets system;
• Control accounts receivable and accounts payable;
• Other duties as required from time to time by the Chief Accountant/BOD.

For Senior level:

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including local/national tax requirements, as well as company policies and procedures;
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, cash flow reports, cost reports, and other financial analysis reports;
• Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with the company’s tax obligations (VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT);
• Monitor and manage the fixed asset system;
• Control accounts receivable and accounts payable;
• Prepare payment requests, issue VAT invoices, and send them to customers;
• Record accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system;
• Complete and maintain accounting documentation (both hard and soft copies);
• Maintain effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, and relevant authorities;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant or the Board of Directors.
