Senior General Accountant

  • Location: Hanoi

Role and responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including local/national tax requirements, as well as company policies and procedures;
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, cash flow reports, cost reports, and other financial analysis reports;
  • Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with the company’s tax obligations (VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT);
  • Monitor and manage the fixed asset system;
  • Control accounts receivable and accounts payable;
  • Prepare payment requests, issue VAT invoices, and send them to customers;
  • Record accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system;
  • Complete and maintain accounting documentation (both hard and soft copies);
  • Maintain effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, and relevant authorities;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant or the Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field;
  • Female
  • At least 3 years of experience in the role of general accountant;
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software such as MISA and FAST;
  • Possesses strong potential and qualities to develop into a highly capable accountant with long-term commitment;
  • Good communication skills; strong reading comprehension and writing skills in professional English.
