Senior General Accountant
- Location: Hanoi
Role and responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including local/national tax requirements, as well as company policies and procedures;
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, cash flow reports, cost reports, and other financial analysis reports;
- Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with the company’s tax obligations (VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT);
- Monitor and manage the fixed asset system;
- Control accounts receivable and accounts payable;
- Prepare payment requests, issue VAT invoices, and send them to customers;
- Record accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system;
- Complete and maintain accounting documentation (both hard and soft copies);
- Maintain effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, and relevant authorities;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant or the Board of Directors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field;
- Female
- At least 3 years of experience in the role of general accountant;
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software such as MISA and FAST;
- Possesses strong potential and qualities to develop into a highly capable accountant with long-term commitment;
- Good communication skills; strong reading comprehension and writing skills in professional English.
