This was a complex project that required close coordination with multiple internal stakeholders and collaboration with other external service providers.

I manage a team with extensive experience in transfer pricing advisory and compliance support for multinational corporations, particularly Japanese enterprises operating in Vietnam.
My team is directly involved in the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation – including TP Form, Local File, Master File, and Country-by-Country Report (CbCR), for multiple companies with annual revenue exceeding VND 500 billion.

Tax Report and Declaration Review Prior to Tax Authority Inspection:

My clients are businesses that seek to review their full tax reports and accounting documents to make timely adjustments in accordance with current legal regulations.

This tax and accounting review process helps clients minimize the risk of non-compliance during tax inspections, and provides them with peace of mind that they will not be subject to future tax penalties or serious sanctions that could impact their reputation.
For these clients, strict compliance with tax obligations is a critical factor in protecting their corporate image and business operations.

In my previous role as an engagement auditor, I participated in the audits of several major enterprises in Vietnam, including:
