The year 2025 is considered a pivotal juncture in the roadmap for IFRS adoption in Vietnam under the Ministry of Finance’s Decision 345. It marks the conclusion of the voluntary phase and the transition into the mandatory phase for large-scale enterprises. In this context, converting Financial Statements to IFRS is no longer merely an option but an imperative requirement to elevate the standard of financial accounting language.
Embracing this inevitable trend, Crowe Vietnam is honored to accompany PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) in the project to consult on and implement the conversion of their 2025 Financial Statements to IFRS.
On November 19, 2025, the intensive training series a crucial component of the conversion consulting package was officially launched. The training is scheduled to span 12 days, featuring direct participation from Crowe Vietnam’s Board of Directors and senior experts, alongside the presence of over 100 key personnel from PTSC Group’s Finance and Accounting Department.
