Frontline leaders are the backbone of a strong and resilient organization. Recognizing this, Crowe Vietnam is honored to be among the pioneering participants in the first Cohort Pilot of the ACOBI Frontline Leadership Program (FLP) a hands-on leadership development initiative introduced by Response Group and the Australian College of Business & Industry (ACOBI) in Vietnam this past September.
Through the program, four representatives from Crowe Vietnam – Ms. Nguyễn Thị Phương Dung (Audit Director), Ms. Trần Thị Gia Ngọc (Audit Director), Ms. Phan Thị Thanh Thủy (Audit Director), and Mr. Lê Thanh Long (Audit Senior Manager) had the opportunity to experience a “learn-by-doing” leadership model, where modern management tools are applied to address real-world business challenges. The program promises measurable improvements and positive impacts on organizational performance.
Participation in this program not only enhances the managerial and problem-solving capabilities of our leaders but also reaffirms Crowe Vietnam’s commitment to continuous leadership development, building a professional and sustainable working environment, and delivering greater value to our clients, employees, and the broader community.
