Phan Thi Thanh Thuy

Greetings!

My name is Phan Thi Thanh Thuy, and I am currently serving as Director of Audit & Assurance at Crowe Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh City Office. In this role, I am responsible for leading and developing the Audit & Assurance service line in the southern region, while also directly supporting clients in improving internal control effectiveness, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and optimizing operational processes.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – Auditing from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, and I am a member of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) and the Vietnam Tax Consultants’ Association (VTCA). I hold both CPA Vietnam and CTA Vietnam certifications issued by the Ministry of Finance, and I am currently pursuing globally recognized certifications including CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) and DipIFR (Diploma in International Financial Reporting).

Since joining Crowe Vietnam in 2010, I have gained over 10 years of in-depth experience in services such as: Audit & Assurance, Internal Audit, Advisory on Accounting and Internal Control Processes, Preparation of Financial Statements under VAS – IFRS, Costing Method Advisory, and Development of Standard Operating Procedures.

I have worked with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations, particularly in sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, food & beverage, finance, telecommunications, technology, legal, construction, and advertising. My clients include FDI companies, as well as private, listed, and state-owned enterprises in Vietnam.

With strong experience and a deep commitment to service quality, I always strive to accompany clients in addressing financial and accounting challenges and in building long-term, sustainable business value.
