Greetings!

My name is Tran Tan Phat, and I am currently serving as Partner in charge of Audit & Assurance at Crowe Vietnam. With over 18 years of experience, I have built a solid foundation in audit, tax, and business advisory, serving both domestic enterprises and multinational corporations across various industries such as manufacturing, distribution, and education.

Before joining Crowe Vietnam in 2011, I held key professional roles at well-known auditing firms since 2006. I am currently responsible for overseeing all activities of the Audit & Assurance division in Ho Chi Minh City.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Auditing from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, and I possess a number of prestigious professional certifications, both locally and internationally, including: CPA Vietnam, FCCA (UK), CIA (USA), and CTA Vietnam. I am also a full member of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) and the Vietnam Tax Consultants’ Association (VTCA).

I have delivered a wide range of services including: financial statement audits under VAS and IFRS, internal audit, internal control reviews, and operational process improvement advisory. My client base ranges from medium-sized businesses to large corporations, including FDI enterprises, listed companies, and state-owned entities.

My focus is always on delivering practical, high-impact solutions that not only help clients manage risk effectively but also provide strategic recommendations aligned with their leadership’s long-term goals.
