I am Nguyen Tuan Anh, currently serving as a Audit Senior Manager at Crowe Vietnam. With over 11 years of experience in audit, tax advisory, and financial consulting, I have worked closely with both foreign-invested enterprises (FDIs) and Vietnamese companies across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, education, real estate, and many others.

In addition to providing audit services, I have been actively involved in financial statement conversion projects from Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), tax advisory engagements, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Experience

My professional experience covers financial statement audits, tax advisory services, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) support, and financial statement conversion from Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). I have also assisted Vietnamese enterprises in business expansion, corporate restructuring, and strengthening financial governance.

My clients primarily include medium-sized and large enterprises, with a strong focus on foreign-invested companies operating in Vietnam, particularly those from Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, and many other countries.

I have served clients across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, information technology, software development, education, real estate, consumer electronics, healthcare equipment, and many others.

I have led and participated in numerous financial statement audit engagements for foreign-invested enterprises (FDIs), while also supporting clients in converting their financial statements from Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

In these engagements, I have been responsible for audit planning, risk assessment, team management and supervision, communicating key audit findings with management, and advising on the accounting adjustments required to achieve IFRS compliance. I have also delivered IFRS training and provided practical guidance to help clients implement IFRS effectively within their organizations.

Delivered IFRS training and supported the financial statement conversion for a Vietnamese company operating in the consumer electronics, healthcare equipment, and home appliance industry.
Led audit and financial statement conversion engagements for wholly foreign-owned enterprises from Japan, South Korea, Australia, and Singapore operating across various manufacturing and trading sectors.

I have supported mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions by providing financial advisory services and assisting with financial due diligence procedures throughout the transaction process.
