Greetings!

My name is Le Minh Ngoc, and I am currently serving as an Audit Manager at Crowe Vietnam. In this role, I am responsible for managing and coordinating audit engagements, ensuring service quality, and supporting clients in achieving effective financial management goals.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Academy of Finance, I am a member of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) and hold the Vietnam CPA certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance. In addition, I am pursuing the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) to further enhance my professional expertise.

Throughout my career, I have provided specialized services in audit & assurance, tax advisory, and compliance to a wide range of clients, from small and medium-sized enterprises to multinational corporations. I have gained extensive experience across key sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, food & beverage, hospitality, and logistics.

I place strong emphasis on staying up to date with the latest regulations and standards, with the aim of delivering practical, tailored solutions that meet client needs and contribute to long-term, sustainable business value.

The professional services I have participated in or directly managed include audit & assurance, as well as tax advisory and compliance.

My clients range in size from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations, with many being multinational companies.

The majority of my clients are foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises in Vietnam, alongside Vietnamese companies across various ownership structures (private, listed, and state-owned).

My industry expertise is particularly focused on manufacturing, distribution, food & beverage, hospitality, and logistics.
