Publication of the 2026 Hanoi tax debt list under Notice 9572/TB-TCS7

On May 19, 2026, Tax Branch No. 7 of Hanoi City publicly announced a list of 603 taxpayers with outstanding tax debts and other state budget revenues, totaling VND 71,547,706,380 as of the debt closing date on April 30, 2026.

This publication was carried out due to violations of Point a, Clause 1, Article 100 of the 2019 Law on Tax Administration and Point g, Clause 1, Article 29 of Decree 126/2020/ND-CP. Specifically, these taxpayers failed to voluntarily comply with their tax obligations after more than 90 days past the tax payment deadline.

According to Clause 1, Article 29 of Decree 126/2020/ND-CP, other cases where taxpayer information shall be publicly disclosed by the tax management authority include:

  • Evading taxes, abetting tax evasion, misappropriating tax funds, violating tax laws and absconding; or illegally issuing and using invoices.
  • Failing to submit tax declaration dossiers after 90 days from the expiration of the submission deadline.
  • Ceasing operations, failing to complete the procedures for invalidating the tax identification number (tax code), or not operating at the registered address.
  • Committing tax law violations that affect the tax-related rights and obligations of other organizations or individuals.
  • Failing to comply with the requests of the tax management authority (e.g., refusing to provide information, or failing to comply with inspection and examination decisions).
  • Resisting or obstructing tax or customs officials in the performance of their official duties.
  • Failing to voluntarily comply with tax obligations after more than 90 days from the tax payment due date.
  • Individuals or organizations that fail to comply with administrative decisions on tax management and engage in acts of dispersing assets or absconding.
  • Other information subject to public disclosure as prescribed by law.
