Senior Transfer Pricing

Role and responsibilities
This position is part of the Advisory Department of Crowe Vietnam in Hanoi. You will support the Manager in overseeing the Transfer Pricing team, maintaining and developing client relationships, and will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of transfer pricing concepts, relevant transfer pricing and tax regulations and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to provide suitable solutions to client situations;
- Assist client in preparation of transfer pricing documentation and forms as required by Vietnam transfer pricing regulation and international practice;
- Assist clients and defend transfer pricing position on behalf of clients in tax audits;
- Assist the manager in calculating and filing the QDMTT in accordance with the global minimum tax regulations (Decree 236, OECD BEPS pillar Two)
- Manage timelines, resources, quality and delivery of transfer pricing projects;
- Train and coach the team members;
- Participate and contribute to achieving team goals.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably with a degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, or an MBA.
- Minimum 3 years of experience related to Transfer Pricing or similar fields.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
- Excellent Transfer Pricing technical, managerial, organizational, project management, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills;
- Good knowledge of Vietnam Transfer Pricing Regulations
Good knowledge of Global minimum tax regulations in Vietnam, OECD’s Guidelines, and BEPS pillar two is preferred; - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Traveling within and out of the country, if required.
